I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing, well organized, and the staff was super nice. The jetty stretching into the sea made swimming so convenient. The only minor downside was that the room didn't get as cold as we prefer.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing with views of the ocean and the swimming pool, well organized, and the staff was really nice. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was powerful with gorgeous toiletries. However, the location was a bit far from downtown and the main beach. It's a superb place to relax if you want to stay at the hotel or go on planned day trips. The dining experience was delicious, especially with fresh ingredients. Overall, a great place to relax in Tulum.
